Our search process begins with a thorough understanding of the needs and culture of our client. BioAlliance believes this is critical to a successful search engagement. We get to know the key people who will work with, or be affected by, the successful candidate's performance. We then develop a Position Profile, which outlines background information on the organization, required education and experience, as well as intangibles. The Position Profile becomes the basic tool for our search.

BioAlliance feels that the most qualified individuals may not be actively seeking new positions. With that in mind, we use many techniques to attract the right individual. We create a target list of companies from which candidates might be found. This list is screened to ensure our client's business relationships are protected. Individuals within the targeted organizations are identified and contacted as either potential candidates or sources. Additionally, we use our extensive network contained in our proprietary database, our world- class research techniques, advanced technological resources, as well as networking with other recruiters with whom we have had many years of success. This allows our clients to choose from a larger population of candidates without having to work with more than one recruiter.

After initial sourcing is completed, we carefully review each candidate's background to assess strengths, weaknesses, motivations and style based on Position profile. We further qualify the candidate by identifying critical factors for continued interest such as compensation, relocation, and personal expectations. During this phase of the search, we conduct in-depth reference checks on the most promising candidates. We focus on the issues cited in the Profile, along with any which may have surfaced throughout the interview process. In addition to checking candidates' references, we will verify academic credentials. When a CV is sent to a client, an in-depth informational sheet about the qualified candidate will be included.

BioAlliance will coordinate all arrangements regarding interview scheduling, including coordination with Human Resources, and assisting with the candidates' travel arrangements.

After the initial interview has taken place, we will provide candidates' feedback in a timely manner.

Upon selection of an appropriate candidate, we will assist you in negotiating the compensation and benefit package. Additionally, we assist the candidate in resignation and counsel them on the pitfalls of counter-offer acceptance.

The relationship with our candidate and client does not stop the day the employee starts their job. We keep in close contact with both employee and client to ensure a successful transition has taken place.
